Voltage Comparator
Elementary Voltage Comparator, What frequency to use to make it a triangle?
I am using a 741 op-amp with Vi (input) connected to the + terminal, and 4V DC connected to the (-) terminal and 10kOhm connected to Vout. I am supposed to theoretically estimate the value of the frequency of Vi which causes the positive half cycle of Vout to become triangular. Please help!
Vin is a sinusoidal input of 16V peak to peak.
I’m not sure I understand the phrasing of your question, the output frequency will be the same as your Vin sinewave.
My guess is that you are trying to make a triangle generator? You’ll need to quote a capacitance somewhere.
